I just finished "De:tales : stories from urban Brazil by Fabio Moon and Gabriel Ba" which I grabbed on a whim, and reaallly enjoyed.
It was pretty, and a bit strange, but still captured a fairly realistic urban landscape. I think Moon and Ba did a good job of recreating a human scene in a particular place, without alienating those of us who have not been there.
Now I am twice as excited to read the much hyped "Umbrella Academy" coming out by Gerard Way, with art by Gabriel Ba.
